No. The Guide Pass only comes with the type of pass which you have purchased.

Which cities and attractions are covered by the Guide Pass Asia?
GuidePass Asia is now available in Singapore - with more exciting cities and attractions coming soon next year.
Do I need an internet connection to use the Guide Pass?
Yes, an internet connection is required to use the GuidePass. However, in areas with weak signal, you can download your destination content in advance for a smooth, uninterrupted experience. Tip: Download one destination in one language at a time. Your device keeps only the most recent download, and the content will be automatically removed when your key code expires.
Is the Guide Pass available in multiple languages?
Currently, the Guide Pass ASIA is available in three language: English, bahasa indonesia, chinese . Additional languages will be introduced next year.
Can I use the Guide Pass offline?
Yes. You only need an internet connection to enter your key code and download the destination content you want. Once downloaded, you can enjoy the guide completely offline. Note: Your device stores only the most recent destination, and you should download one language at a time to avoid storage issues. The content will be automatically deleted when your key code expires.
Can I buy the pass on-site or only online?
You can currently purchase the Guide Pass only through our official website.
How do I activate my Guide Pass after purchase?
After payment, you’ll receive a QR code via email. Simply scan the QR to open the web app, then enter your key code to activate your Guide Pass.
What should I do if I don’t receive my activation key or QR code?
Please contact us at contact@guidepassasia.com and attach your payment receipt. We’ll assist you within 24 working hours.
Can I activate my key code on multiple devices?
No, each key code can only be activated on one device.
Can I pause and resume the tour anytime?
Yes, you can.
NOTE: It is based on the type of ticket you buy. Once you activate the pass, the countdown begins. For example, if you purchase a 1-day pass, it will expire 24 hours from the moment of activation.
Can I get a refund if I change my plan?
We’re sorry, but refunds are not available. However, if you haven’t activated your key code, it will remain valid for 3 months from the purchase date.
